Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. For items currently in stock at our UK depot, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after the order is processed.
For our larger, made-to-order products, please allow 3–5 weeks for production and shipping. These pieces are crafted with care, prioritising exceptional quality and attention to detail.
We are committed to sustainable practices. To reduce our carbon footprint, we consolidate shipments where possible and ship in environmentally responsible batches. -
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a 1-year warranty on select products, covering manufacturing defects. Should you encounter any issues, our customer service team is readily available to assist you.

Do you assist with installation inquiries?
Yes, we do offer installation support. However, please note that all light fittings requiring an AC 110–230V power supply must be installed by a qualified electrician. Intaria Decor does not assume responsibility for any damage or malfunction resulting from improper or unlicensed installation.
For products requiring professional installation, we reserve the right to request supporting documentation such as installation quotations, test certificates, or minor works certificates. Failure to provide these documents may void your purchase and render it ineligible for a refund.

Do you provide refunds for purchased products?

We work with suppliers who specialise in manufacturing products that fit various international standards, therefore we carefully process the products according to the delivery address provided by the customer. In any case of a different requirement, please contact us.
