Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. This only applies to items in stock at our UK depot! Since our larger products are made to order, please allow 3-5 weeks for production and shipping. We prioritize quality and craftsmanship, ensuring each piece is perfect before it reaches you. After processing, delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Estimated shipping times can be found on the checkout page. 

Please note that, in some cases, delivery may be delayed and take a few additional days beyond the estimated timeframe. This is because we follow eco-friendly shipping practices and aim to consolidate multiple orders whenever possible to reduce our carbon footprint. Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Whenever possible, your order will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse; however, the majority of our stock is located in China. As a result, you may receive multiple packages for a single order.

If your package has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, the tracking information shows delivery but you have not received it, or your order contains missing, incorrect items, or other logistics issues, please contact us via email within 45 days from the payment date so we can promptly resolve the issue.
